| Long story short, Animal Kingdom was awesome! Loved it. Magic Kingdom is just like Disneyland with a few minor differences.
The whole Disney World area is a huge swath of swamp land divided up into these different parks. The ones that we didn't go to were the Disney MGM thing, which I imagine is like Universal Studios, and the water park. Since we didn't have time for the others, I'll leave it up to you to decide which ones you'd like to go to. The only one out of the three that was worth the money was Animal Kingdom. Very very cool. Hope that helps any of you that are planning on going to Orlando for a vacation. BTW, you should bring lots of sun block as the rays seem more strong here than LA. | | |
| So after much question asking among people who have gone to Disneyworld, we decided to do Epcot Center today and then do the Animal Park and Magic Kingdom tomorrow. I'm sorry to say that Epcot was not worth the $71 per person that we paid. The rides are lame and the international pavilions are pretty disappointing. Hmmm...I recommend everybody stay away unless you have a park hopper pass. The only thing that was cool was the 12 minute fireworks show at 9PM.
Oh.....We went to a place called Bubbalou's Bodacious BBQ...For about $25, we ate the best BBQ ever! Pulled pork sandwich, ribs, chicken, beans, cole slaw and french fries. We're going back before we leave Orlando(For. .

| I'm just getting over being really sick. Can't believe how long I've been under the weather. It's been over a week now. I thought only kids get sick for this long. Don't adults build their immunities (at least until they have their senior moments) so they get sick less and less over time?
Going to Orlando in March. Have any of you guys been to Disneyworld? Any advice on where to go? We also have to buy another digital camera (P&S) so any of suggestions would be appreciated on that front as well.
